This is a blog for people seeking motivation for writing, exercise, or both. I’ll post short workouts that I’m doing at home, using body weight or minimal equipment. I’ll also post writing prompts, submission calls, and whatever else helps me procrastinate from writing, exercise, or both.
As for me? I am a recovering lawyer, college professor, writer, and have been a certified fitness instructor since 2006.
